Outstanding performance and propagation of Hindi for Waltair and INS Kalinga
|
76th Town Official language Implementation Committee Meeting was conducted at DRM Conference hall on 31.05.2023 under the chairmanship of Divisional Railway Manager, Waltair Shri Anup Kumar Satpathy. Heads of member offices of TOLIC, Visakhapatnam and other representatives attended the meeting. The meeting procedure started with the inaugural speech of Shri A.Venkateswara Rao, Incharge Secretary,TOLIC cum Rajbhasha Adjhikari & Asstant Personnel Officer/E.Co.Rly.WAT. ADRM ( Operations) Shri Manoj Kumar Sahoo was also present.
In the meeting 3 Small offices and 3 Big offices were awarded with shield and commendation certificates for their outstanding performance and propagation of Hindi. In the big offices category Divisional Railway Manger’s Office was awarded with first prize, Eastern Naval Command bagged second and Commissionerate of customs was awarded with third prize. In the small offices category Fisheries Survey of India got 1st prize, Kendriya Vidyalaya no.2, Nausenabaugh got 2nd. And Kendirya Vidyalaya- INS Kalinga got 3rd Prize. The winners of Hindi slogan writing competition and Hindi Noting & drafting competitions held in the last 6 months under the aegis of TOLIC were also awarded with cash prize and certificates. Chairman Shri Anup Satpathy advised all the member offices to conduct different programmes for propagation of our Official language Hindi. Finally the meeting was concluded by Vote of thanks by Smt.Sudipta Bakshi, Sr. Translator followed by National Anthem.
